Constance Now For Teens
Take a look at this simple list I made of things that are important to leading simple balanced lives. Someone recently told me that teens and a lot of people spend a lot of time getting distracted with things that aren't really important or nurturing, and I wanted to put that to the test. It's just a fun idea for a way to mix things up, a mini-program that you can try on your own. I'm calling it Constance Now for Teens, but grown-ups can try it too. Give it a try for a few days and see what happens.
So here's the idea. Try do as many things on this list through-out your day, checking the list every 4 hours to see if you've gotten sidetracked, or for ideas on what to do next. Then, let the people in your community and Constance know about how this list is influencing your life by tweeting a little noticing or a thought and simply appending #Cnow4teen to your tweet.
