Join me for a nurturing half-day journey into willingness – the gateway to transformation. This intimate retreat creates space for deep presence and gentle exploration of what it means to be willing to love, learn, and simply be.

What You’ll Experience
Our time together will flow organically in response to the needs of participants, embracing gentleness and spaciousness throughout. The retreat will include:
- Guided Meditation: Cultivating presence and opening to what is
- Nurturing Artistic Expression: Simple drawing and journaling to unlock creative pathways
- Compassionate Holding Space: Bringing what feels stuck into the light with support
- Gentle Movement and Stretching: Connecting with the body’s wisdom
- Mindful Walking: Experiencing movement without goal or destination
- Metta Practice: Radiating loving-kindness to ourselves and others
Throughout our time together, you’ll be encouraged to disconnect from devices, creating a rare opportunity to be fully present with yourself and the community.
What to Bring
- Your willingness to be present with loving-kindness and presence of being
- Recognition of an area where you feel stuck
- Comfortable clothing for gentle movement
- Drawing materials (simple colored pencils, markers, or crayons)
- Journal or notebook

When will I get the Zoom link?
The Zoom link will be emailed to your registered email 30 minutes before the retreat begins so look for it at the top of your email inbox!
Will the retreat be recorded?
No, not for this particular retreat.
Recommended Materials?
Constance’s book, Time for Awakening: A Memoir is recommended as a resource. Other materials may be shared after the retreat.
Is financial assistance available?
Yes. No one will be turned away due to financial hardship, contact Constance for a reduced rate.
Donations are encouraged
If you choose to pay extra, you are automatically making a donation to the financial assistance fund. Thank you for making this class accessible to people who would not be able to afford it otherwise. Your additional support also helps cover the cost of creating this course.
